2025年10月25日（土）～26日（日）に福島県で開催される「第12回モルック日本大会in福島」のお知らせです。

キャンセル枠分の追加エントリーについて、下記の通り募集いたします。エントリーは抽選制となります。

●エントリー募集期間：2025年9月22日（月）20:00〜9月26日（金）23:59（日本時間）
●エントリー方法：抽選制
●募集チーム数：若干数
●参加費：1チーム：¥9,000(※手数料は別途必要となります)

※抽選結果につきましては、9月28日（日）までに当選された方にはLivePocket-Ticket-よりご連絡いたします。メールが届かなかった方については、当選者の辞退などがある場合に順次、繰り上げ当選のご連絡をさせていただきます。落選された方についても、全チームが確定後、10月3日頃（予定）までに最終結果のご連絡をいたします。

エントリーに関する注意事項

※今大会はJMA選手登録は必要のないオープン大会（誰でも参加可能）です。
※LivePocket-Ticket-への事前登録が必要です（無料）。
※1チーム1回のお申し込みとなります。
※登録するメンバーは、他のチームに重複して登録することはできません。エントリー完了後、他のチームへの参加枠の譲渡も不可となります。
※エントリーの際に必要な情報は、「チーム名」「チーム名のふりがな」「チーム代表者の氏名（本名）、性別、年代、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」「チーム代表者以外の全チームメンバーの氏名（本名）、性別、年代」「当日の交通手段」「当日の交通手段が車の場合は予定している台数」となります。特殊文字を使用された場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。
※お車でお越しの場合、各チームにつき駐車場は2台までご利用いただけます。駐車希望の方には、全チームのエントリー確定後に駐車許可証を配布いたします（事前予約制）。選手用の駐車場はJヴィレッジ内にございますが、大会当日は別イベントも開催されるため一般利用が多く見込まれます。そのため、選手用の駐車場は大会会場から離れた場所（徒歩15〜20分程度）となり、会場まではマイクロバスを運行いたします。詳細は決まり次第ご案内いたします。
※チーム名は全角15文字（半角30文字相当）以内とし、特殊文字（記号やマーク、ウムラウトなど）は使用しないでください。特殊文字を使用された場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。
※18歳未満の方のみで参加されるチームにつきましては、「保護者の氏名（本名）」「電話番号」の情報もエントリーの際に必要となります。

参加費に関する注意点
※お支払い方法は、クレジットカード、コンビニ決済よりお選びいただけます。なお、入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となりますので、予めご了承ください。
※コンビニ決済を選択された方で、期日までにお支払いがなかった場合、エントリー取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください。
※エントリーの受付及び参加費のお支払いにつきましては、LivePocket-Ticket-を使用いたします。LivePocket-Ticket-を通じたエントリーシステム手数料（450円）が、参加費とは別にかかりますことをご了承ください。また、支払い手数料が別途かかる場合があります。
※参加費には、当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。
※大会が中止の場合は、大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。
※参加費をいったんお支払いいただいた以降は、参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。

写真、動画などに関する注意点
※選手及び観客の皆様におかれましては、JMAまたは参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、及びこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることに同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。
※また、同意頂けない場合には、賞品・賞金の贈呈ができなくなる場合がございます。
※選手及び観客の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、試合撮影時は当該コートの選手全員の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除などを要求する場合がございます。なお、参加者同士による撮影、インターネットなどへの露出、盗難などに関するトラブルは当事者で解決していただくこととし、JMA及び会場は一切責任を負いません。

※これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は、同意されたものとみなします。また、上記の注意事項が守られない場合や、不正行為と判断された場合、エントリーの取り消しをさせていただくことがあります。

This is an announcement for players for the 12th Mölkky Japan Tournament to be held in Fukushima Prefecture from October 25(Sat.) to 26(Sun.), 2025.

Additional entries for the cancelled slots will be accepted as follows. Entry will be by lottery.

Additional Entry

●Entry Period: Monday, September 22, 2025 (20:00) – Friday, September 26, 2025 (23:59) (Japan time)
●Entry method: Lottery system
●Capacity: A few
●Entry fee: ¥9,000 per team (*Fee will be charged separately.)

The lottery results will be sent to the winners via LivePocket-Ticket- by Sunday, September 28th. If you do not receive an email, we may contact you later in case of cancellations by winners, in order of the lottery. If you are not selected, we will contact you with the final results by around October 3rd (tentative) after all the teams have been confirmed.

Notes on entry

This is an open tournament (anyone can participate) that does not require JMA player registration.
You must pre-register with LivePocket-Ticket- (free of charge).
*Each team can only register once.
*Members who register cannot also register for other teams. After registration is complete, it is also not possible to transfer your registration to another team.
*The following information is required for entry: “Team name,” “Romaji for Team name,” “name (no nickname), gender, age, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of the team representative,” “name (no nickname) , gender, and age of all team members except the team representative,” “Transportation method”, and “number of cars scheduled to be used if transportation is by car”.
*For those arriving by car, each team may use up to two parking spaces. Parking permits will be distributed (by advance reservation) after all team entries have been confirmed. While player parking will be available inside J-Village, another event will also be held on the same day, and heavy general use is expected. Therefore, player parking will be located at a site about a 15–20 minute walk from the venue, with a microbus service running to the venue. Further details will be announced once finalized.
*Team names should not exceed 15 double-byte characters (equivalent to 30 single-byte characters) and should not contain any special characters (symbols, marks, umlauts, etc.). If special characters are used, there is a possibility that they will be garbled in e-mails sent by Japan Mölkky Association and in the match list used in the tournament.
*For teams with only players under the age of 18, name and phone number of a parent or guardian will also be required for entry.

Notes on the participation fee
You can choose to pay by credit card or convenience store payment. Please note that your entry will be complete once we have confirmed payment.
If you choose to pay by convenience store payment and do not make payment by the due date, your entry will be cancelled.
*The entry and payment of the participation fee will be handled through LivePocket-Ticket-. Please note that there will be an additional entry system fee (450 yen) through LivePocket-Ticket- in addition to the participation fee. There may also be an additional payment fee.
*The participation fee includes the cost of sports injury insurance for the day.
*If the event is canceled, a partial refund will be made after deducting the event preparation costs, etc.
Please note that once the entry fee has been paid, it will not be refunded if you withdraw for personal reasons.

Points to note regarding photos and videos.
By participating in this tournament, players and spectators agree that they may be photographed or filmed by JMA or other participants, and that such photos and videos may be published on the Internet or elsewhere.
*If you do not agree, we may not be able to present you with any prizes or winnings.
*Please observe the rules of etiquette when taking photos/videos (e.g. do not obstruct the progress of the game, please obtain permission from all players on the court when taking photos of the game, do not block the path of movement, etc.) and when posting photos/videos online (e.g. avoid slander of others, do not take photos of scenes involving privacy, etc.). If the organizers deem that you are taking inappropriate photographs, they may ask you to move to a different location, stop taking photographs, or leave the venue. Participants are responsible for resolving any troubles related to taking photographs, posting photos on the internet, or theft that arise between them. JMA and the venue will not be held responsible for any such problems.
