2025年5月31日（土）～6月1日（日）に神奈川県厚木市で開催される、「第3回モルックジャパンオープン〈厚木市制70周年記念事業〉」のお知らせです。

キャンセル枠分の追加エントリーについて、下記の通り募集いたします。
エントリーは抽選制となります。

■追加エントリー

●エントリー募集期間：2025年4月21日（月）20:00〜4月27日（日）23:59（日本時間）
●エントリー方法：抽選制
※抽選結果につきましては、4月28日（月）に当選された方にはLivePocket-Ticket-よりご連絡いたします。メールが届かなかった方については、当選者の辞退などがある場合に順次、繰り上げ当選のご連絡をさせていただきます。落選された方についても、全チームが確定後、5月2日頃（予定）までに最終結果のご連絡をいたします。

■エントリーに関する注意事項

※今大会はJMA選手登録は必要のないオープン大会（誰でも参加可能）です。
※LivePocket-Ticket-への事前登録が必要です（無料）。
※1チーム1回のお申し込みとなります。
※登録するメンバーは、他のチームに重複して登録することはできません。エントリー完了後、他のチームへの参加枠の譲渡も不可となります。
※エントリーの際に必要な情報は、「チーム名」「チーム名のふりがな」「チーム代表者の氏名（本名）、性別、年代、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」「チーム代表者以外の全チームメンバーの氏名（本名）、性別、年代」「当日の交通手段」「当日の交通手段が車の場合は予定している台数」となります。特殊文字を使用された場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。
※18歳未満の方のみで参加されるチームにつきましては、「保護者の氏名（本名）」「電話番号」の情報もエントリーの際に必要となります。

参加費に関する注意点

※お支払い方法は、クレジットカード、コンビニ決済よりお選びいただけます。なお、入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となりますので、予めご了承ください。
※コンビニ決済を選択された方で、期日までにお支払いがなかった場合、エントリー取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください。
※エントリーの受付及び参加費のお支払いにつきましては、LivePocket-Ticket-を使用いたします。LivePocket-Ticket-を通じたエントリーシステム手数料（450円）が、参加費とは別にかかりますことをご了承ください。また、支払い手数料が別途かかる場合があります。

※参加費には、当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。
※大会が中止の場合は、大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。
※参加費をいったんお支払いいただいた以降は、参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。

写真、動画などに関する注意点

※選手及び観客の皆様におかれましては、JMAまたは参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、及びこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることに同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。
※また、同意頂けない場合には、賞品・賞金の贈呈ができなくなる場合がございます。

※選手及び観客の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、試合撮影時は当該コートの選手全員の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除などを要求する場合がございます。なお、参加者同士による撮影、インターネットなどへの露出、盗難などに関するトラブルは当事者で解決していただくこととし、JMA及び会場は一切責任を負いません。

※これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は、同意されたものとみなします。また、上記の注意事項が守られない場合や、不正行為と判断された場合、エントリーの取り消しをさせていただくことがあります。

This is an announcement for players for the 3rd Mölkky Japan Open to be held in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture from May 31 (Sat.) to June 1 (Sun.), 2025.

Additional entries for the cancelled slots will be accepted as follows. Entry will be by lottery.

■Additional Entry

Entry Period: Monday, April 21, 2025 (20:00) – Sunday, April 27, 2025 (23:59) (Japan time)
Entry method: Lottery system
*The lottery results will be sent to the winners via LivePocket-Ticket- on Monday, April 28th. Even if you do not receive an email, if there are additional slots, we may contact you later in order of the lottery. If you are not selected, we will contact you with the final results by around May 2nd (tentative) after all the teams have been confirmed.
Number of entries: A small number *Additional openings due to cancellations and other reasons will be confirmed on April 18 (Fri.).

■Notes on entry

This is an open tournament (anyone can participate) that does not require JMA player registration.
You must pre-register with LivePocket-Ticket- (free of charge).
*Each team can only register once.
*Members who register cannot also register for other teams. After registration is complete, it is also not possible to transfer your registration to another team.

*The information required for registration is: “Team name”, “Romaji for team name”, “Name (no nickname), gender, age, address, telephone number, email address of team representative”, “Name (no nickname), gender, age of all team members except team representative”, “Transportation method”, and “If transportation method is by car, how many cars”. Please note that team names must be no more than 15 full-width characters (equivalent to 30 half-width characters) in length, and must not contain any special characters (such as symbols, marks, or umlauts). If you use special characters, there is a possibility that the text will be garbled in emails sent from JMA or in the match-up tables used at the tournament.
For teams with members under 18 years of age, the names and phone numbers of the parents or guardians are also required at the time of entry.

Notes on the participation fee

You can choose to pay by credit card or convenience store payment. Please note that your entry will be complete once we have confirmed payment.
If you choose to pay by convenience store payment and do not make payment by the due date, your entry will be cancelled.
*The entry and payment of the participation fee will be handled through LivePocket-Ticket-. Please note that there will be an additional entry system fee (450 yen) through LivePocket-Ticket- in addition to the participation fee. There may also be an additional payment fee.

*The participation fee includes the cost of sports injury insurance for the day.
*If the event is canceled, a partial refund will be made after deducting the event preparation costs, etc.
Please note that once the entry fee has been paid, it will not be refunded if you withdraw for personal reasons.

Points to note regarding photos and videos.

Please note that if you do not agree to this, you may not be able to receive prizes or winnings.
*If you do not agree, we may not be able to present you with any prizes or winnings.

*Please observe the rules of etiquette when taking photos/videos (e.g. do not obstruct the progress of the game, please obtain permission from all players on the court when taking photos of the game, do not block the path of movement, etc.) and when posting photos/videos online (e.g. avoid slander of others, do not take photos of scenes involving privacy, etc.). If the organizers deem that you are taking inappropriate photographs, they may ask you to move to a different location, stop taking photographs, or leave the venue. Participants are responsible for resolving any problems that arise between them, such as taking photographs, posting photos on the internet, or theft. JMA and the venue will not be held responsible for any such problems.

Please only apply if you agree to these terms. By applying, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not follow the above rules or are deemed to be acting unfairly, your entry may be cancelled.
