2024年11月9日（土）～10日（日）に秋田県秋田市で開催される「第11回モルック日本大会」のエントリーについて、下記の通り、ご案内します。

【東北枠エントリー】
●エントリー資格：全チームメンバーが東北地方（青森県、岩手県、宮城県、秋田県、山形県、福島県）在住者で構成されたチーム

注意事項

※今大会はJMA選手登録は必要のない大会になります。
※LivePocket-Ticket-への事前登録が必要です（無料）。

※先着順の場合は、参加費の支払いが完了したチームからとなります。募集チーム数に達し次第、エントリーを締め切ります。
※エントリーの際に必要な情報は、「チーム名」「チーム名のふりがな」「チーム代表者の氏名（本名）、性別、年代、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」「チーム代表者以外の全チームメンバーの氏名（本名）、性別、年代」となります。他のチームと二重登録とならないよう、チームメンバーに確認のうえ登録ください。なお、チーム名は全角15文字（半角30文字相当）以内とし、特殊文字（記号やマーク、ウムラウトなど）は使用しないでください。特殊文字を使用された場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。
※18歳未満の方のみで参加されるチームにつきましては、「保護者の氏名（本名）」「電話番号」の情報もエントリーの際に必要となります。

エントリー上の注意点

※１．コンビニ払いを選択された方で、期日までにお支払いがなかった場合、エントリー取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください。
※２．1チーム1回のお申し込みとなります。
※３．登録するメンバーは、他のチームに重複して登録することはできません。
※４．エントリー完了後、他のチームへの参加枠の譲渡も不可となります。
上記の注意事項が守られない場合や、不正行為と判断された場合、エントリーの取り消しをさせていただくことがあります。

参加費に関する注意点

※お支払い方法は、クレジットカード、コンビニ決済よりお選びいただけます。なお、入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となりますので、予めご了承ください。
※エントリーの受付及び参加費のお支払いにつきましては、LivePocket-Ticket-を使用いたします。LivePocket-Ticket-を通じたエントリーシステム手数料は参加費に含まれます。支払い手数料が別途かかる場合があります。
※参加費には、当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。
※大会が中止の場合は、大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。
※参加費をいったんお支払いいただいた以降は、参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。
※これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は、同意されたものとみなします。

【General Entry】
●Entry qualifications: None (anyone can apply)
●Entry Period: From 20:00 on 1 September to 23:59 on 30 September (Japan time)
●Selection Method : First-come, first-served
●Capacity: 160 teams (additional slots may be added if there is remaining from the priority application.)

【Tohoku Region Entry】
●Entry qualifications: A team made up of all residents of the Tohoku region (Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima prefectures)
●Entry Period: From 20:00 on 1 September to 23:59 on 30 September (Japan time)
●Selection Method : First-come, first-served
●Capacity: 50 teams

■Notes
*JMA Player registration is not required to apply for this tournament.
*Registration to LivePocket-Ticket- is required in advance (free of charge).
*Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the teams that have completed payment of the participation fee. Entries will be closed once the number of entries is reached.
*Required information for the entry is
“team name”;
“pronunciation of team name” needed if your team name is written with Kanji characters;
“team representative’s full name (real name), his/her gender, age, address, phone number, and email address”; and
“names (real names), gender, and age of all team members”. Please check with your team members before registering to avoid duplicate registration with other teams.
*Please note that your team name must be within 15 full-width characters (or 30 half-width characters). Avoid using special characters (symbols, marks, umlauts, etc.).
*For teams with all members under 18, their guardian’s name and phone number are required.

■Notes on Entry
*Your entry will be cancelled if you choose Convenience Store Payment as the payment method and do not complete the payment by the due date.
*Each team can only apply once.
*Members cannot be duplicated in other teams.
*Transferring participating slots is prohibited.
If the above precautions are not followed, or if any fraudulent activity is detected, the participation status of that team will be cancelled.

■Notes on Participation Fees
*Please pay by credit card. Note that entry will be considered complete upon confirmation of payment.
*Participation fee includes handling fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
*Once the entry period opens, you can purchase tickets after providing the required entry information.
*The fee covers sports injury insurance for the event.
*In case the event is cancelled, partial refunds will be provided after deducting preparation costs.
*Refunds for withdrawal after payment will not be possible, so please apply only if you agree to these terms. By applying, you confirm your agreement.
