＜2nd Asia Mölkky Tournament Cancel Criteria アジア大会 開催中止基準＞

2nd Asia Mölkky Tournament is approaching. We will present the cancel criteria for this Tournament.
If any of the below is announced at the time of 13th March 12:00 noon Japan time, we will regrettably cancel the tournament.
- Implementation of emergency measures which include restriction of moving between prefectural borders in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and other Kanto region prefectures.
- Restriction of events in Tokyo or Kanagawa, that attract an unspecified large number of people.
- The venue municipality rejects the use of the venue.
Furthermore, the following criteria will be included for tournament cancellation.
・When the above three are announced even after March 13th.
・When disasters such as typhoon, flood, earthquake etc. occurs, or an alert is announced at the host area, or when the venue is an evacuation destination.
・When a disaster occurred other than the host area, but transportation disruption is severe.
Refund of registration fee is announced in previous articles, and will be conducted according to the announcement.
アジア大会の開催日が近づいて参りました。本大会に関しての開催中止基準を発表いたします。
3/13正午時点で、以下のいずれかに該当する場合となります。
・県をまたいだ移動自粛が、東京、神奈川県、関東圏で発表されているとき。
・感染症対策などによる大規模イベント中止が東京都または神奈川県で発表されているとき。
・会場管理自治体から、自粛要請が出ているとき。
また、以下の場合も中止が適用されます。
・開催が決定された後であっても、直前において再度上記3点いずれかが発表された場合。
・前日あるいは当日に、現地において警報（大雨、強風、洪水、大雪、地震）または特別警報が発令されたとき、または予想されるとき。災害が前日あるいは当日に発生し被害が発生したときや、会場が避難先になっているとき。
・被害が他の地域で発生し、開催地または近隣地域に直接的な影響がない場合でも、交通機関の乱れにより大会に参加することが困難なとき。
・大会の主催・主管者、競技役員および審判員の確保が困難で、大会運営に重大な支障を来すと判断されたとき。
なお、参加費の返金に関しましては、先にお知らせしましたとおり、大会が中止の場合は大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。
※参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。
上記に関連して大会中止及び競技内容に変更ある場合、HPならびにメールでお伝えします。
