Call for additional entries for the 2nd Asia Mölkky Tournament in Japan in May 2021!

Registration period:
2021 April 5th (Mon) 12:00 JST (03:00 GMT)
to 2021 April 11th (Sun) 17:00 JST (08:00 GMT)
*It will be on a first-come, first-served basis, so the deadline will be as soon as the number of recruiting teams is reached.
*After the maximum number of teams, applications waiting for cancellation will be announced. (Maximum 20 teams)

Participation fee: 8000 yen (around 64euro)/team
Capacity: around 40 teams (max 192 teams including originally registered teams)
* 3-4 players/team
*JMA will not do matching between players for making teams.
*If you have 3 players in your team, all 3 have to participate in every game.
*If you have 4 players in your team, either 3 or all 4 can play for each game. Players and the order to throw can change for every 50 points game.
*Teams who have more than 5 players cannot apply.
Tournament schedule:
Day1: Qualification phase (4 teams in a group, total 6 games for each team)
Day2: Knockout phase (1st round to Final, including Repechage)

*The DRAW for the qualification phase will be NEWLY MADE, since many teams will be replaced due to the postponement of the tournament. We will announce its detail later.

< Cancel Criteria >
If any of the below is announced at the time of 15th May 12:00 noon Japan time, we will regrettably cancel the tournament.
1. Implementation of emergency measures which include restriction of moving between prefectural borders in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and other Kanto region prefectures.
2. Restriction of events in Tokyo or Kanagawa, that attract an unspecified large number of people.
3. The venue municipality or the park administrator rejects the use of the venue.

Furthermore, the following criteria will be included for tournament cancellation.
・When the above three are announced even after March 13th.
・When disasters such as typhoon, flood, earthquake etc. occurs, or an alert is announced at the host area, or when the venue is an evacuation destination.
・When a disaster occurred other than the host area, but transportation disruption is severe.

Refund of registration fee is announced in previous articles, and will be conducted according to the announcement.

【参加費】8,000円／チーム
【チーム人数】3名または4名
・協会でマッチングは行いません。
・3名のチームは3名全員が出場する必要があります。
・4名のチームは50点ゲームごとに出場する選手を変更可能であり、3名または4名でプレーします。
・1チーム5名以上でのエントリーはできません。
【時間】5月22日(土)　10:30試合開始、17:00終了（予定）
（受付時間：予選前半ブロック9:30〜10:15、予選後半ブロック13:00〜13:45）
5月23日(日)　9:00試合開始、16:30終了（予定）
【試合形式】
1日目：予選リーグ
4チームずつに分かれて総当たり戦（1チーム当たり計6ゲーム）
2日目：決勝ラウンド
【再抽選について】大会順延に伴い多くのチームが入れ替わりますため、予選リーグの対戦表抽選会を新たに行います。抽選日については後ほどお知らせします。

【参加費に関する注意点】
□ クレジットカード決済のみのエントリーとなります。国際大会ならびに2日間にわたる大規模大会となり、円滑な受付を行うために支払方法を限定しております点、ご不便をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解願います。
□ イベントペイ（株式会社メタップスペイメント様）を通じたエントリーシステム手数料として、参加費とは別に220円をご負担いただきますことをご了承ください。
□ 参加費には当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。
□ 大会が中止の場合は大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。
□ 参加者のご都合によるキャンセルについては、エントリー期間中の辞退の場合は全額お返しいたしますが、エントリー期間以降は参加費をお返しいたしかねます。
□ これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は、同意されたものとみなします。

【写真、動画などについての注意点】
□ 選手および観客の皆様におかれましては、JMAまたは参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、およびこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることにご同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。
□ 参加者の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、撮影時は対戦相手の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除を要求する場合がございます。

【大会中止基準について】
5月15日 正午時点で、以下のいずれかに該当する場合となります。
・県をまたいだ移動自粛が、東京、神奈川県、関東圏で発表されているとき。
・感染症対策などによる大規模イベント中止が東京都または神奈川県で発表されているとき。
・会場管理自治体もしくは会場管理組織から、自粛要請が出ているとき。

また、以下の場合も中止が適用されます。
・開催が決定された後であっても、直前において再度上記3点いずれかが発表された場合。
・前日あるいは当日に、現地において警報（大雨、強風、洪水、大雪、地震）または特別警報が発令されたとき、または予想されるとき。災害が前日あるいは当日に発生し被害が発生したときや、会場が避難先になっているとき。
・被害が他の地域で発生し、開催地または近隣地域に直接的な影響がない場合でも、交通機関の乱れにより大会に参加することが困難なとき。
・大会の主催・主管者、競技役員および審判員の確保が困難で、大会運営に重大な支障を来すと判断されたとき。
