Regarding refunds due to postponement of “2nd Mölkky Asia Tournament in Japan”

この度は第2回モルックアジア大会の順延により、参加者の皆様には大変ご迷惑をおかけしました事をお詫び申し上げます。また、お待たせしておりました参加費のご返金について下記の通りご連絡申し上げます。

 

返金額：

参加予定であった各チームの代表者様宛てに、返金額と返金時期をお知らせするメールをお送りいたしましたのでご覧ください。大会エントリー募集時の規約に則り、大会開催に関わる諸費用を差し引いた分のご返金となります（注1）。

 

返金方法：

エントリー時に使用されたクレジットカードを通してご返金致します（注１）。

 

参加賞について：

5月日程に出場予定であったチームの皆様には、当日お配りする予定であった参加賞グッズを代表者様住所宛てに6月中にお送りする予定です。大会は不開催となりましたが、記念にお納めください（注２）。

 

 

本大会は、2022年3月に順延し、改めて開催を予定しております。新たな日程では新規にエントリー募集を行います。

今年度のアジア大会を楽しみにされていた参加者の皆様、スポンサー各社様、アンバサダー等で応援頂きました方々、日頃からご支援ご理解を頂いております全ての関係者の方々に、本年度の開催が中止となりました事を改めてお詫び申し上げます。

イベント開催が困難な時期が続きますが、協会公式大会の主催、公認団体様による公認大会の後援を通じて可能な限り大会の企画・実施を試み、モルック普及に向けて今後も変わらず努力して参ります。引き続き、皆様方のご理解ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。

（注1）銀行振込にてエントリーを完了した一部の方々には、別途、返金口座に関してご連絡致します。なお、お手元の銀行口座に入金が反映されますのは、翌月以降になる場合がございます。クレジットカード会社様の規定による事務手数料が発生した場合は、お受け取り人様ご負担とさせていただく事を、予めご了承ください。

（注2）原則として、エントリー時のお申込み代表者様住所にお届け致します。代表者が途中で代わったチームの方は、お手数ですが新代表者様およびメンバーの皆様にお渡し頂けますと幸いです。

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the participants due to the postponement of the 2nd Mölkky Asia Tournament.

 

We also apologize for the delay in contacting you regarding the refund of the participation fee. Please check the email sent to the team representative for details such as refund amount and refund method.

 

We plan to send the participation prize goods that were planned to be distributed on the day, to the representative’s address by the end of June (only for the teams who were scheduled to participate in the May schedule). The tournament was not held, but we hope you will accept it.

 

This tournament has been postponed to March 2022. We are looking for new entries on the new schedule.

 

Although it will continue to be difficult to hold events, we will continue to make efforts to popularize Mölkky by hosting the official tournaments of JMA and cooperating with the organizations approved by JMA as much as possible. We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation.
