第2回 モルックアジア大会 延期のお知らせ

新型コロナウィルスの影響に伴う関東圏の緊急事態宣言延長の確定発表を受け、3/20-21に等々力で開催を予定しておりました第2回モルックアジア大会の延期を決定致しました。
参加予定の皆様及びスポンサー各社様、アンバサダーやいろいろなお立場で応援頂きました皆様にはご迷惑をおかけ致しますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。
緊急事態宣言収束の前倒しに望みをかけ、3/20-21の大会開催決定を3/13まで待つことも考えましたが、関係各所の負担及び状況を鑑み、本日をもって延期することを決定いたしました。緊急事態宣言における外出自粛の要請（第45条第1項）の内容として、不要不急の外出及び県境をまたぐ移動の自粛が含まれており、多くの参加者が全国から集まる本大会を3/20-21に開催することは困難と判断致しました。
新たな日程としまして、2021年5月22日（～23日）に、東京都内において、同規模の大会開催を予定しております。東京大会に関しましては、別途報告をさせて頂きます。
私たちとしても、2年連続の日本大会中止に引き続き、今回の大会を延期することは、ただひたすら無念に思っております。
延期した期日でアジア大会の参加継続を希望されるチームは、そのまま枠が保持される形となります。キャンセルを決定されるチームは、大会中止基準に準じ、返金の準備をさせて頂きます。
エントリーされた全チームには、追って3月中旬に詳細を連絡申しあげますので、3月末日までに意思を教授頂けましたら幸甚です。
また、キャンセルされたチームの空いた枠へのエントリー追加募集に関しましては、4月上旬に予定しております。
煩雑な手続きになりますことを大変申し訳なく思っております。

Following the announcement of the extension of the state of emergency in the Kanto region, we have decided to postpone the 2nd Mölkky Asia Tournament, which was scheduled March 20-21.
We sincerely apologize to all the participants, sponsor companies, and everyone who has supported us.
The content of the state of emergency (Article 45, Paragraph 1) includes refraining from moving across prefectural borders, and since the participants of this tournament gather from all over the country, we have decided that the tournament should not be held during the state of emergency.
The new schedule is scheduled for May 22（-23）, 2021 (Saturday and Sunday) at Nozuda GION Stadium in Machida City, Tokyo.
For teams who wish to keep the entry slot for the new date, there will be no additional fee. Teams who decide to cancel will be refunded in accordance with the tournament cancellation criteria.
We will email each team by mid-March for further details. In addition, we plan to announce additional entry slots made by the cancellation, in early April.
Once again, we are very sorry for the complicated matter, and hope for your understanding.
