The 2nd Mölkky Asia Tournament will be held as follows.

【When】

2022/March 12th – 13th

【Where】

Uchiminowa Sports Park Multipurpose Plaza in Kimitsu City (1-1-1 Uchiminowa, Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture)

【Participation fee】

10,000 yen / team

【Team Size】

3 or 4 players/team

• JMA will not match between players for making teams.
• If you have 3 players in your team, all 3 have to participate in every game.
• If you have 4 players in your team, either 3 or all 4 can play for each game. Players and the order to throw can change for every 50 points game.
• Teams who have more than 5 players cannot apply.

【Number of recruiting teams】

Up to 360 teams

【 Match Format (may be subjected to change*)】

Day 1: Group stage

(1 group of 5 teams will be divided into round-robin matches.

The ranking is determined as follows; by the number of wins, the number of draws, and the total score.)

Top 2 teams advance to the final tournament, 3 bottom teams to the lower rank tournament.

 

Day 2: Knockout stage

＜Final tournament ＞

・1st round: 4 teams battle (4 games total), 2 teams wins

・2nd round: 3 teams battle (2 games total), 1 team wins

・3rd round: 3 teams battle (2 games total), 1 team wins

・Quarterfinals: 2 teams battle (First to 2 sets)

・Semi-finals: 2 teams battle (First to 2 sets)

・Final match: 2 teams battle (First to 3 sets)

 

＜Lower rank tournament＞

・1st round: 4 teams battle (4 games total), 1 team wins

・2nd round: 3 teams battle (2 games total), 1 team wins

・Quarterfinals: 3 teams battle (2 games total), 1 team wins

・Semi-finals: 3 teams battle (2 games total), 1 team wins

・Final match: 2 teams battle (First to 2 sets)

 

*If the number of participating teams is less than 360, there may be some changes.

 

【Entry period】

From Jan 22nd (Sat)  at 12:00 noon to February 11th at 12:00 noon (GMT+9/JST)

【Entry Method】

Application through the “Kitos” system of Keio Travel Agency.

When the entry period opens, you will be able to access the links.

Details will be announced on the day of entry.

【Entry notes】

* Entries will be completed on a first-come, first-served basis from teams that have paid their entry fees. The registration will close once the number of applicants has been reached.

The 361st team to register will receive an invitation to join the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, we will ask you to confirm your intent to participate when a team withdraws from the competition at least one month before the tournament.

 

The following information is required for entry:

team name, team name in katakana, full name (Not nicknames but true name) of team representative, his/her gender, address, phone number and email address, name (true name) of all team’s members except the representative, their gender and address.

Please check with your team members before registering to ensure that nobody is not registering with other teams. Double registration is not permitted.

The team’s name must be no more than 15 full-width characters long (equivalent to 30 half-width characters wide).

Please do not use special characters (symbols, marks, umlauts, etc.) in your team’s name.

The use of special characters may cause confusion when sending emails and in the tournament of the competition.

For teams with participants under 18 years of age only, the name and telephone number of the parent or guardian will also be required for entry.

【Important Notice about Entry】

Payment can be chosen through credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store. Please note that entry will be confirmed after all payment has been done.

Entry and the payment will be processed by the system called “Kitos” invented by Keio Travel Agency.

*JPY400 will be included in the participation fee for the commission to use “Kitos”.

The URL of the entry will open when the entry period starts. The details can be checked by the URL.

If the tournament is canceled, JMA will refund part of the participation fee after deducting the preparation fee of the tournament.

After the confirmation of the payment, refund cannot be accepted for any personal reasons.

Please apply for participation with the agreement of all the things written above. The entry will be regarded as the agreement of all the caution and notices.

【Photograph notice】

Players and Audience shall be deemed to have consented to the possibility of being a subject to photographs/videos, and may be uploaded to the internet.

Please mind your manners when taking pictures, and heed personal information/privacy/general manners such as slander when uploading to the internet. If judged inappropriate, we may ask to move/stop/leave the premises. Moreover, Japan Mölkky Association will not take responsibility concerning trouble between players and should be settled between the affected parties.

【Countermeasures for infectious diseases】

We will soon prepare a checklist that can be downloaded. Please make sure that this checklist sheet must be filled by ALL players, and be handed over at the reception.

We will list the precautions regarding infectious disease control on our website. Please make sure to read beforehand and follow the instructions of our staff.

[Cancel Criteria]

We will announce the cancellation on our website and through email.

Cancel will be decided on the following reasons.

＊When state of emergency measures/semi-emergency covid measures are announced that include the tournament dates, or government/local government announces restraint requests.

＊When a weather alert has/will be announced.

＊When an earthquake happens that causes damage to the venue.

＊When the venue has the possibility of flooding or collapsing.

＊When an event occurs where the venue is used as an evacuation destination.

＊When an event occurs where players can not arrive due to transportation emergency.

＊When an unlikely event occurs where multiple staff cannot arrive and management is not possible.

・協会でマッチングは行いません。

・3名のチームは3名全員がプレーする必要があります。

・4名のチームは50点ゲームごとに出場する選手を変更可能であり、3名又は4名でプレーします。

・1チーム5名以上でのエントリーはできません。

1日目：予選リーグ

（1グループ5チームずつに分かれて総当たり戦を予定。

勝利数、引き分け数、合計得点の順によって順位を決定する。）

上位2チームが上位トーナメント、下位3チームが下位トーナメントへ

 

2日目：トーナメント本戦

【エントリー方法】

京王観光様の「Kitos」システムからのお申込みです。

【エントリーに関する注意点】

参加費の支払いが完了したチームからの先着順となり、募集チーム数に達し次第、締め切ります。

361番目以降の申込みチームには、キャンセル待ち登録が案内されます。キャンセル待ちの登録をした場合、エントリー期間後から大会１か月前の間に出場辞退のチームが出た際に、繰り上げ出場を打診いたします。

エントリーの際に必要な情報は、「チーム名」「チーム名のフリガナ」「申込者（チーム代表者）の氏名（本名）、性別、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」「申込者以外の全チームメンバーの氏名（本名）、性別、住所」となります。他のチームと二重登録とならないよう、チームメンバーに確認のうえ登録ください。なお、チーム名は全角15文字（半角30文字相当）以内とし、特殊文字（記号やマーク、ウムラウトなど）は使用しないでください。特殊文字を使用した場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。

18歳未満の方のみで参加されるチームにつきましては、「保護者の氏名（本名）」「電話番号」の情報もエントリーの際に必要となります。   

【参加費に関する注意点】

お支払い方法は、クレジットカード、銀行振込、コンビニ決済よりお選びいただけます。なお、入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となりますので、予めご了承ください。

エントリーの受付及び参加費のお支払いにつきましては、京王観光様の「Kitos」システムを使用いたします。

・Kitosを通じたエントリーシステム手数料として、参加費の中に400円が含まれますことをご了承ください。

参加費には、当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。

大会が中止の場合は、大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。

参加費をいったんお支払いいただいた以降は、参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。

これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は同意されたものとみなします。    

【写真、動画などについての注意点】

選手及び観客の皆様におかれましては、JMA又は参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、及びこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることに同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。

選手及び観客の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、試合撮影時は当該コートの選手全員の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除などを要求する場合がございます。なお、参加者同士による撮影、インターネットなどへの露出、盗難などに関するトラブルは当事者で解決していただくこととし、JMA及び会場は一切責任を負いません。   

【感染症などに対する対策について】

体調チェックシート等を後日、協会HPなどでダウンロードできるようにいたしますので、チームの代表者の方がメンバー全員の情報を必ず事前に記載して当日お持ちいただき、受付時に提出してください。

感染症対策に関する注意点を協会HPなどに掲示いたしますので、よくお読みいただき、当日会場のスタッフの指示に従ってください。    

【大会中止基準】

中止の際は、HP及びメールなどでお知らせします。

・大会期間中に緊急事態宣言やまん延防止等重点措置が発令されたときや、政府や地方自治体からの要請、そのほか自粛の判断が必要となるとき

・警報（大雨、強風、洪水、大雪）又は特別警報が発令、又はそれが予想されるとき及び開催地に災害等の被害が発生しているとき

・被害が他の地域で発生し、開催地又は近隣地域に直接的な影響がない場合でも、交通機関の乱れにより大会に参加することが困難な場合、又は参加することにより二次災害のおそれがあると予想されるとき

・大会の主催・主管者、競技役員及び審判員の確保が困難で、大会運営に重大な支障を来すと判断されたとき
