プライバシーポリシー
一般社団法人日本モルック協会（以下、「当協会」という。）は、当協会が提供するサービスを受けまたはサービスに関与する方の個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」という。）を定めます。なお、当協会が提供する各サービスにおいて、別途、利用規約又はプライバシーポリシー（以下、「個別利用規約等」という。）が定められている場合、本ポリシーに記載がない事項又は本ポリシーと抵触する事項については、個別利用規約等における定めが適用されます。
1．基本方針
当協会は、個人情報保護法等の関係法令、国が定めるガイドラインその他の規範を遵守し、個人情報保護管理者を置くとともに、個人情報保護方針を定め、情報の適切な管理を行います。情報の取り扱いについても、個人情報取扱規程を定め、これを遵守いたします。また、当協会の各種規程については、社会情勢の変化、情報管理技術の進化等に応じて、継続的に改善を図ります。
2．取得する情報
当協会が取得する個人情報（個人データ、個人識別符号を含みます。以下、「本個人情報」という。）は、以下のとおりです。
- 当協会に選手登録されまたは登録を申し込む方およびジュニア選手として登録されまたは登録を申し込む方（保護者を含みます）の個人情報として以下の情報
氏名、性別、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人の確認に必要な情報 - 当協会主催の「日本モルック選手権大会」を含む公式モルック大会、および一部の共催の大会の参加を申し込む方（保護者を含みます）にかかる個人情報として以下の情報
氏名、性別、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人の確認に必要な情報 - 当協会に登録される公認団体・友好団体の代表者および連絡担当者、当協会に登録される地域団体の代表者およびその構成メンバーに関する個人情報として以下のもの
氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、勤務先・就学先情報 - 当協会公認モルック指導員および公認モルック審判員として登録された方に関する個人情報として以下のもの
氏名、性別、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号、運転免許証番号などの個人の確認に必要な情報 - 当協会パートナー・関連企業の窓口担当者、イベント担当者やイベント参加者に関する個人情報として以下のもの
氏名、所属組織、役職等のプロフィール情報、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、所属組織所在地等の連絡先情報 - お問合せいただいた方に関する本個人情報として以下のもの
氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、お問合せ詳細
なお、選手と提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます。以下、｢提携先｣という。）などとの間でなされた取引や決済に関する情報を、選手の本個人情報とともに当協会が提携先から受領することがあります。
3．個人情報の利用目的
当協会が本個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。
- 当協会サービスの提供・運営のため
- 個人・団体からのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
- 利用中のサービスの新機能、更新情報、キャンペーン等及び当協会が提供する他のサービスの案内のメールを送付するため
- メンテナンス、重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため
- 利用規約に違反した個人・団体や、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとする個人・団体の特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
- 選手にご自身の登録情報の閲覧や変更、削除、ご利用状況の閲覧を行っていただくため
- お取引先との契約の履行に関する業務のため
- 出展・イベント等にお越し頂いた方へのご連絡のため
- お問い合わせやご意見、ご要望にお応えするため
- 有料サービスにおいて利用料金を請求するため
- 上記の利用目的に付随する目的
4. 利用目的の変更
当協会は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。
利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的について、当協会所定の方法により対象者に通知し、または本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。
5. 個人情報の第三者提供
当協会は、次に掲げるいずれかの場合を除いて、本個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
- 本人から同意を得た場合
- 法令に基づく場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
- 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
- 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を他者に委託する場合
- 合併その他の事由により事業が承継される場合
6. 個人情報の共同利用
１ 当協会は、第2項に規定する本個人情報を、下記第3項に規定する各団体と共に、下記第4項に規定する利用目的（以下、「利用目的」という。）の達成に必要な範囲内で、当協会及び各団体で共同利用する場合があります。
２ 当協会及び各団体の間で共同利用されるデータ項目
当協会公認モルック指導員および公認モルック審判員として登録された方に関する本個人情報のうち、氏名、性別、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
当協会に登録される地域団体の代表者およびその構成メンバーに関する本個人情報のうち、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
３ 当協会と共同して利用する者（各団体）の範囲
当協会に登録している都道府県協会

4 利用目的
大会、研修会等の案内等の送付、配信、登録状況の確認、地域団体に有益と考えられる各種情報の提供、サービス向上等を目的とした調査、その他登録業務に関連して必要な場合

7. 個人情報の開示
当協会は、本人から当協会が保有する本個人情報の開示を求められたときは、本人に対し、遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部または一部を開示しないこともあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。なお、個人情報の開示に際しては、1件あたり1,000円の手数料を申し受けます。
- 本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがあると認める場合
- 当協会の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがあると認める場合
- その他法令に違反することとなると認める場合
８．個人情報の訂正および削除
１ 当協会の保有する自己の本個人情報が誤った情報である場合には、本人は、当協会が定める手続きにより、当協会に対して個人情報の訂正、追加または削除（以下、「訂正等」という。）を請求することができます。
２ 当協会は、前項の請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく、当該本個人情報の訂正等を行うものとします。
３ 当協会は、前項の規定に基づき訂正等を行った場合、または訂正等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは遅滞なく、これを本人通知します。
９．個人情報の利用停止等
1 当協会は、本人から、本個人情報が、利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止または消去（以下、「利用停止等」という。）を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行います。
２ 前項の調査結果に基づき、その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該本個人情報の利用停止等を行います。
３ 当協会は、前項の規定に基づき利用停止等を行った場合、または利用停止等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは、遅滞なく、これを本人に通知します。
４ 前2項にかかわらず、利用停止等に多額の費用を有する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、本人の権利利益を保護するために必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとれる場合は、この代替策を講じるものとします。
10.プライバシーポリシーの変更
１ 本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、本人に通知することなく、変更することができるものとします。
２ 当協会が別途定める場合を除いて、変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。
11. 安全管理措置
当協会は、その取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他個人情報の安全管理のために、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。当協会が講じる安全管理措置については、「お問い合わせ・苦情・請求窓口」までお問い合わせください。

Privacy Policy
Japan Mölkky Association (hereinafter referred to as “JMA”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of persons who receive or are involved in services provided by JMA.
In the event that the terms of use or privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “individual terms of use, etc.”) are separately stipulated for each service provided by JMA, this Policy shall be applied in accordance with such terms of use.
Basic Policy
JMA will comply with the Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations, guidelines and other norms set forth by the Japanese government, appoint a personal information protection manager, establish a personal information protection policy, and manage information appropriately. JMA will also establish and comply with rules for handling personal information. In addition, JMA will continuously improve its various regulations in response to changes in social conditions and the evolution of information management technology.
Information to be obtained
Personal information (including personal data and personal identification codes) obtained by JMA (Hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) is as follows;
- The following personal information of those who register as players/junior players, or apply for registration (including their parents/guardians) with JMA
Name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, credit card number, and information necessary for personal identification, such as driver’s license number - The following personal information pertaining to those (including parents/guardians) who apply to participate in JMA official Mölkky tournaments, including the Japan Mölkky Championships hosted by JMA, and some of the co-sponsored tournaments
Name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, credit card number, and information necessary for personal identification, such as driver’s license number - The following personal information concerning representatives, contact persons, and members of organizations registered with JMA
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, and Employer/School information - The following personal information concerning persons registered as JMA certified instructors and JMA certified referees
Name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, credit card number, and information necessary for personal identification, such as driver’s license number
- The following personal information concerning contact persons of our partners and affiliated companies, event personnel and event participants
Profile information such as name, organization affiliation, position, etc., and contact information such as address, telephone number, e-mail address, location of organization affiliation, etc.
- The following personal information concerning the person who made inquiries
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and contact details
Please note that JMA may receive information on transactions and payments made between players and partners (including information providers, advertisers, ad-service providers, etc.; hereinafter referred to as “the Alliance Partner”) together with the player’s personal information from the Alliance Partner.
Purpose of use of personal information
The purposes for which JMA collects and uses this personal information are as follows:
- To provide and operate JMA services
- To respond to inquiries from individuals and organizations (including to verify identity)
- To send e-mails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of the service being used, as well as information on other services provided by JMA.
- To contact as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.
- To identify individuals or organizations that have violated the Terms of Use or are attempting to use the Service for fraudulent or unjustified purposes, and to refuse their use of the Service.
- To allow players to view, change, or delete their own registration information and view the status of their usage.
- To perform services related to the fulfillment of contracts with business partners
- To contact visitors to exhibits, events, etc.
- To respond to inquiries, comments and requests
- To charge usage fees for paid services
- Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
Change of purpose of use
JMA shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably deemed that the purpose of use is relevant to the purpose of use before the change.
In the event of a change in the purpose of use, JMA shall notify the subject of the changed purpose by the method prescribed by JMA or publicly announce it on this website.
Provision of personal information to third parties
Except in any of the following cases, JMA will not provide this personal information to any third party. However, this excludes cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.
- When consent has been obtained from the person in question
- When required by law
- When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- When it is especially necessary to improve public health or promote the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
- When entrusting all or part of the handling of personal information to another party within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use
- When the business is succeeded due to a merger or other reasons
Joint use of personal information
1 JMA may share the personal information as stipulated in Paragraph 2 with the respective organizations as stipulated in Paragraph 3 below to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use stipulated in Paragraph 4 below (hereinafter referred to as “Purposes of Use”).

4 Purpose of use
When necessary to send or distribute information on tournaments, workshops, etc., to confirm registration status, to provide various types of information considered beneficial to organizations registered with JMA, to conduct surveys for the purpose of service improvement, etc., or for other purposes related to the registration process.

Disclosure of personal information
When JMA receives a request for disclosure of Personal Information held by JMA from the person concerned, JMA will disclose such Personal Information to the person concerned without delay. However, if disclosure would result in any of the following cases, JMA may decide not to disclose all or part of the information, and if it decides not to disclose the information, JMA will notify the person to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information.
- When we recognize that there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the person concerned or a third party.
- When it is deemed that there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of JMA’s business.
- In the event that it is deemed that other laws and regulations are violated.
Correction and deletion of personal information
1 If any Personal Information held by JMA is incorrect, the person may request JMA to correct, add to, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correct, etc.”) the Personal Information in accordance with the procedures set forth by JMA.
2 If JMA receives a request under the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to such request, JMA shall correct such Personal Information without delay.
3 When JMA makes corrections based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph or decides not to make corrections, JMA will notify the person of such decision without delay.
Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.
1 If JMA receives a request from an individual to cease use or erase (hereinafter referred to as “cease of use, etc.”) his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, JMA will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2 If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will suspend the use of the relevant Personal Information without delay.
3 When JMA suspends the use of personal information in accordance with the preceding paragraph or decides not to suspend the use of personal information, JMA will notify the individual of this without delay.
4 Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is possible to take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the person in question, such as when the suspension of use involves substantial costs or when it is otherwise difficult to take measures for suspension, those alternative measures shall be taken.
Changes to Privacy Policy
1 The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the individual, except as otherwise provided by law or otherwise in this policy.
2 Unless otherwise specified by JMA, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
